Authors in Residence

The basic aim of this project is to offer playwrights such financial support that enables them to closely cooperate with LETÍ for a certain period of time, ideally a full theatre season, and develop a new play. Artistic background is an integral part of the residence - close cooperation with dramaturges, perhaps even workshops with actors, etc. Such project is in the context of contemporary Czech theatre truly unique, but is fully comparable with similar foreign theatrical development.
